If you simply change your mind about your item, you are more than welcome to return it. We will not accept returns nor give refunds for items that have general wear and tear made by the consumer. If we are not notified within this time we cannot replace it for you nor a refund will be given. You have 14 working days to notify us upon receiving your damaged item. (you do not have to send your damaged item back, unless we can fix it for you!) If we do not have your item in stock we will issue you a refund for the damaged item. If this is the case, simply photograph your damaged items and email them to us at providing we still have your item in stock we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. We send our products in protective boxes/mail bags, but, sometimes once posted, items may become damaged in transit. Here at Open Heart we make sure that every order is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to you and we will only send products that are in the best possible condition. These charges will depend on the country you reside in. You, the customer, may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in your receiving country. Here at Open Heart, we will not be collecting this VAT at the checkout but instead your goods will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). The changes will take effect on the 1st of July 2021. Changes with regards to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) are coming to businesses selling goods to customers located in the EU.
